Insurance and Payment Information
At East Tennessee Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We are in network with the following insurance companies:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Tennessee
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Grid + Network only)
- Delta Dental (most states – please call your insurance company to confirm)
- Cigna Dental
- Aetna Extend
If you do not have one of the above listed insurance companies, please confirm that you have out-of-network benefits. Most insurers often offer both in-network and out–of-network benefits but will cover less of the total bill for an out-of-network procedure. We are happy to review your insurance with you and do our best to estimate your out of pocket expense for your treatment. However, we are limited to the information the insurance company will provide us. As a courtesy, we will file your claim with the insurance company but you will be responsible for any balance due after your insurance has paid.
Payment options:
- Cash or Check
- Credit Card – American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover
- Care Credit – Apply online before your appointment
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
